余姣君，女，湖北宜昌人。2007年于中南民族大学生物技术专业获得理学学士学位，后分别于2010年和2015年获得中国科学院大学（培养单位：中国科学院昆明植物研究所）植物学专业理学博士学位，期间共参与4项国家自然科学基金面上项目及国际合作项目。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项，发表学术论文数篇，授权国家新品种2项。2018年9月至今，在黄冈师范学院生命科学学院任教。本人主要研究方向为自然杂交与系统演化，人工育种及新品种选育。
